Consultation, cycle monitoring, and post-cycle follow-up for in vitro fertilization (IVF) and fertility preservation will take place at the Kaiser Permanente Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) department of your choice. The retrieval and transfer procedures are performed by the providers listed below. These procedures will take place at one of the KP Center for Reproductive Health hubs located in Fremont, Sacramento, or San Francisco, which house our 3 embryology labs.
